Terms of Service

Effective date: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Publishroom, a private social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Weilai Concept. By accessing or using Publishroom, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Publishroom lets authorized users connect supported social media accounts, upload media, prepare content, and schedule or publish posts. Features and supported platforms may change as third-party APIs change.

2. Authorized use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your login credentials, connected accounts, content, publishing choices, and compliance with applicable laws and each social platform's terms and policies.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Publishroom the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and publish that content according to your instructions. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish it.

4. Prohibited activity

You must not use Publishroom to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized content; interfere with the service; evade platform limits; or attempt to access another person's data or accounts.

5. Third-party services

Publishroom relies on third-party services and social platforms. Their availability, review processes, API limits, permissions, and policies are outside our control. A scheduled post is not guaranteed to publish, and you should verify important posts on the destination platform.

6. Security and account access

Keep your Publishroom account secure and notify the operator promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, connected accounts, or other users.

7. Availability and warranties

Publishroom is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, failed or delayed posts, third-party platforms, or unauthorized account access.

9. Changes

We may update the service or these terms. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Weilai Concept contact page.
